Property Videography

With the social distancing requirements and restriction on the numbers of people allowed in a space why not use video to show the property to prospective purchasers. I supply a walk through video and, walk around exterior where required. Should voice over be required this can be done by yourself or supply the script and we will do this, additional rate will apply.

Video is made at 4K HD and supplied at 4k/1080p resolution and also any resolution below that depending on which platform you intend to use it.

It is the vendors or vendors representatives responsibility to make sure the property is prepared ready on the day of the shoot.
